Lifting measures - collagen and silicone

Collagen is a natural protein, giving rise to structural bonds. It is a component of skin, muscles, tendons and bones. Collagen fibers are laced fabric and thread, create a "framework" on which new cells can be produced. Collagen in the skin is the source of its elasticity, texture and shape. It is very similar to the collagen of certain animals, so animal collagen is used in medicine (eg. dental floss, heart valves, implantation).

Silicone is not adapted by the body, but it can move. It is injected deep under the skin in the form of microdroplet. It causes the removal of deep and medium wrinkles. Recently it is used to carry out the lips area. The side effect of treatment may be bruising and swelling. Overall, the results are satisfactory, the effect relatively durable, after a year you can make a subtle retouching. Silicone injecting is a very difficult method, requiring the surgeon high precision and agility. Unskilfully made injection can lead to swelling, and consequently to inflammation, persisting for several months to several years after injection. Some researchers, especially American, are of the opinion that the silicone is a carcinogen.
